Having been in the trade for many years, I’ve met a lot different technicians. One of the big problems this trade faces is that it’s hard for a customer to know what kind of technician is coming through their door. Is this technician lazy? Careless? Meticulous? Hard-working? Skilled?  Unfortunately, even a trusted company may have a difficult time knowing what kind of technician they’re sending out.
